Plaque / Name Plate / Engraving

Customize your model with a beautiful name plaque. The name plaque will go in the base of your model and is 2" X 1 1/2". It will hold up to 3 lines of information with about 15 characters per line. The more lines and characters the smaller the Font will be. Please specify EXACTLY what you would like on Lines 1, 2 & 3 in the comment section when placing your order. If you only want 1 line, then just specify Line 1 of characters or numbers and we will make the font larger. Please note in the Order Comments whether you would like a gold or silver plaque.
